Savage Picks One Up on Onnit Player Weiss

We don't know exactly how the action went before the flop, but we do know that Matt Savage managed to get heads up against Michael Weiss. The flop read {3-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Michael Weiss bet out 2,000 from the small blind. Savage wanted more and raised it to 4,000. Weiss made the call and it was off to the turn.

The {7-Hearts} on the turn saw Weiss simply check and Savage bet out 6,000. Weiss again made the call. The dealer then plopped the {j-Hearts} on the river and Weiss knuckled, prompting a bet of 9,000 from Savage. Weiss again made the call.

Savage flipped over {A-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} for a king high flush and Weiss dropped his cards in the muck. This hand almost boosts Savage to starting stack.

Weiss is competing in the Onnit Last Sticker Standing Contest, and despite this recent hit Weiss has plenty of time to build it back up.
