Elder Doesn't Get Paid Off
We caught up on a board of to see Rupert Elder and two other opponents in the hand. Elder checked from the small blind and the second player checked to the button. The button bet out 1,200 and Elder flat called. The other player folded and the two were heads up to the on fourth street.
Elder checked once again and his opponent rapped the table behind. The rivered and Elder checked for a third time. His opponent checked too and showed for king high. Elder tabled for a flopped full house and took down the pot.
"The pot would be bigger if you bet," jabbed Jimmy Fricke from across the table.
"Huh?" said Elder.
"Nevermind," replied Fricke.
Elder is now sitting on a stack of about 35,500.
