Cazals Makes a Straight

Aubin Cazals had the button and raised to 25,000. Joseph Cheong defended, and the flop came down {7-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{j-Hearts}. Cheong check-called 30,000 from Cazals, and the turn card was the {10-Diamonds}. Both players checked.

The {7-Clubs} fell on the river, and Cheong led for 25,000. Cazals released.

"So I only have to play nine hours to break your record yesterday," Cheong joked.

The next hand, Cheong had the button and raised to 25,000. Cazals called, and the flop was {6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}. Cazals led for 40,000, and Cheong called. The turn was the {7-Spades}, and Cazals led again - this time for 110,000. Cheong called.

The {4-Diamonds} completed the board, and Cazals fired a third bullet worth 240,000. Cheong tank-called, and Cazals opened up {9-Hearts}{8-Spades} for a turned straight.
