Tehan Succumbs

On the turn of a {6-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs} {J-Spades} {5-Spades} board, Joe Tehan bet 22,000. Ryan Leng had checked, but he shoved in response to his opponent's bet. Tehan had about 90,000 total, and he called all in for his tournament life. He was well ahead.

Tehan tabled {Q-Diamonds} {9-Spades} — top pair. Leng's {J-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} was drawing to five outs, and that would turn out to be plenty. The {J-Clubs} dropped off the deck on the river, and that suckout is the end of Tehan's road here in Event #6.
