Alioto Loses a Few

Dario Alioto has just rumbled with a player at his table, losing a fair chunk of his chips in the process. The hand in question started when the under the gun player raised to 150 preflop. Alioto then three-bet to 525 from the small blind and it was back on the under the gun player. He then four-bet shoved his short stack and Alioto made the call.

Alioto: {a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades}

The {5-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{8-Spades} board was no good for Alioto, with his opponent raking in all the chips with a scooped pot, while Alioto took a hit to his stack. Despite losing that hand, Alioto still has slightly more than he started the day, sitting with 3,300 in chips on the felt and two lammers.
