Elezra Done

Badugi

Eli Elezra came back from the break with a small stack, and didn't manage to hang around.

We caught the action on the second draw when Elezra needed one new card. His opponent, David Stroj, stood pat and turned over {A-Hearts}{3-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} for a very strong Badugi hand. Elezra tabled {A-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and was still drawing live, but he caught the {7-Hearts} which didn't help, but did improve his hand.

With only 475 remaining chips Elezra moved all in on the very next hand and both Stroj and the player in the big blind, Eric Brix, called.

Both Elezra and Stroj took two cards while Brix stood pat. Stroj check-folded to a bet and Elezra took another card. Brix stood pat again.

Brix turned over {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{4-Clubs}, and Elezra was drawing live again with {8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. Elezra paired his deuce and was eliminated.
