Ihler Surviving

Looking in again on those participating in the Onnit Labs' Last Sticker Challenge, Sonja Ihler is among the players engaging in the mutual last-longer challenge, with the winner earning a nifty $750.

Just now we looked on Ihler's table to see her short-stacked neighbor to the left pushing all in three consecutive hands. Ihler picked up her chips once as if ready to call, but thought otherwise, and instead sat on the sidelines as her opponent doubled up a couple of times to survive.

Selbst, Ho Eliminated

Maria Ho
Maria Ho

Maria Ho was eliminated over at Table 1 and made her way over to Vanessa Selbst's table to deliver the news. She arrived just in time to watch Selbst bust, as well.

Action folded around to Selbst in the small blind and she moved all in for 2,425. The big blind quickly called.

Selbst: {Q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Big Blind: {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}

Ho was in conversation with someone on the rail, so Vanessa had to get her attention. "Maria! I'm all in!"

The dealer rolled out a board of {A-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Selbst was unable to come from behind. Despite busting, however, Selbst was the last lady standing from the four-way last longer bet between herself, Ho, Liv Boeree and Vanessa Rousso. She claimed afterward that she only shoved with the {Q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} because she knew she had won the bet.

Half Gone, Half Still Here

Liv Boeree

A few more bustouts to add to growing list of those not making it to the dinner break. After a good start, Liv Boeree has hit the rail, as have Jennifer Shahade, Erica Holland, and 94-year-old retired NYPD deputy chief inspector Gertrude Schimmel.

There are now 466 players still with chips — a little under half the original field.
