Doyle Brunson Eliminated

Pot-Limit Omaha

After two longs days of poker we just lost The Godfather of Poker, Doyle Brunson. It wasn't long after his double up through Andy Bloch when Brunson got his chips into the pot against Chris Klodnicki. Only this time he couldn't find a way to win.

From the cutoff Brunson raised to 13,000 and Klodnicki re-raised pot from the button to 46,500. Brunson called.

The flop came down {J-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{8-Hearts} and Brunson lead out for a pot bet. Klodnicki put him all in, and the call followed.

Brunson showed {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and was trailing Klodnicki's {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. The turn was the {J-Hearts} and the river the {K-Clubs} knocking out Brunson.
