The Main Event Champ is Gone

World Series of Poker Main Event champion Jonathan Duhamel has just been eliminated. Duhamel bought in on day two, but he couldn't get anything going.

No Limit Hold'em
Duhamel first managed to double up when he got his final 20,000 chips into the pot with {K-Spades}{3-Spades}. Rami Boukai made the call from the big blind and showed {A-Spades}{7-Spades}. The board ran out {3-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{3-Hearts} giving Duhamel trips on the river in order to survive.

Not too long after this hand it was David Oppenheim who beat Duhamel for his final chips in Seven Card Stud as we are down to 68 players.
