Bardah Tops One Million

"RoNasty"
"RoNasty"

After a Ronnie Bardah open from the cutoff, Vincent Gironda defended his big blind, then check-raised Bardah following the {2-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} flop. Bardah responded with a three-bet, and Gironda called.

The turn brought the {K-Clubs} and Gironda checked. Bardah bet and Gironda called. The river was the {7-Hearts}, and again Gironda checked, Bardah bet, and Gironda called.

Bardah turned over {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts} for kings, and Gironda mucked. That one carries Bardah up over a million and back into the chip lead over second-place Gironda.

Bardah Continues To Increase

Brent Wheeler raised from under the gun and action folded to Ronnie Bardah in the small blind. He quickly made it three bets to go and then Sorel Mizzi made the call from the big blind. Wheeler also called and off to a flop they went.

The flop came down {10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Bardah led with a bet. Mizzi made the call and Wheeler was right there to go along to the turn with them.

On the {2-Diamonds} turn, Bardah fired another bet. Mizzi took some time, then folded his hand. Wheeler took roughly the same amount of time, but also folded and Bardah won the pot.

More for Gironda

Hans Minocha Eliminated in 6th Place ($23,648)

Hans Minocha - 6th place
Hans Minocha - 6th place

It folded to Vincent Gironda in the cutoff who peered across the table, looking over Hans Minocha sitting in the big blind with a short stack. Gironda raised, then Marco Johnson made it three bets from the button. It folded to Minocha who checked his cards, then decided to reraise himself, a bet that committed his entire stack of 59,000. Both Gironda and Johnson called.

The flop came {3-Spades}{A-Spades}{10-Spades}. Gironda checked, Johnson bet, and Gironda called. The turn brought a fourth spade, the {8-Spades}, and both players checked. They again checked the {8-Diamonds} river.

All three players had made flushes. Minocha had {6-Hearts}{4-Spades}, Gironda had {A-}{5-Spades}, and Johnson had the best of the three with {A-Diamonds}{7-Spades} to drag the main pot plus the small side pot. Meanwhile, Hans Minocha's supporters gave him a round of applause to acknowledge his sixth-place finish.
