Fitzpatrick Moving On

Jeremiah Fitzpatrick has become the next player to advance to the final table tomorrow.

Chance Kornuth had the button and opened to 7,500. Fitzpatrick called and the flop came {8-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{9-Spades}. Fitzpatrick check-called a bet of 10,500 and the turn brought the {Q-Hearts}.

Fitzpatrick checked for a second time and Kornuth fired 22,500. Fitzpatrick replied by moving all in and Kornuth went into the tank.

"You would never believe what I'm considering folding," said Kornuth. "It's so good! It's queen-jack!"

While Kornuth was considering mucking his hand, he did not and tabled his {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}. He was behind Fitzpatrick's {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} and the {5-Hearts} completed the board on the river. Fitzpatrick will be bagging up 539,000 to take into play tomorrow.
