DeTienne Crushing

Kevin DeTienne has just moved to 575,000 in chips. DeTienne had an opponent all in with the {Q-Spades}{4-Spades} versus his {A-Hearts}{9-Hearts} on a flop of {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

"If you hace an ace, you're good," said DeTienne's opponent after DeTienne made the call.

The turn was the {A-Clubs} and river the {J-Spades}, giving DeTienne the pot and moving him way up on top of the leaderboard.

Looking at DeTienne's record, we find he has three cashes to his credit with the largest being a third-place finish in the $1,000 event at the Mirage Poker Showdown in Las Vegas in 2006. He took home over $13,000 for that finish. Right now it looks like DeTienne has put himself in quite the position to best that result and we'll be watching him to see if he can do it.
