Adams Doubles Through Schaaf

Timothy Adams opened with a raise to 32,000 in the cutoff and James Schaaf re-raised to 75,000 from the big blind. Adams put in a four-bet to 163,000 before Schaaf five-bet shoved with the bigger stack.

Adams immediately called all in for 913,000 with {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}, leading the {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} of Schaaf. The flop came down {K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} to give Adams a set, but the {6-Diamonds} turn gave Schaaf outs to a flush. The river was red, but it was the {J-Hearts} to secure the double up for Adams.
