Ivey Sends One Home

Phil Ivey has been the action player at his table as of late, building his stack from remarkably short back to almost starting stack.
We found Ivey and two other players seeing a flop, one of whom was all in. The dealer pounded the table and spread out 
in front of the players. The cutoff player checked to Ivey on the button who tossed out a bet. The cutoff quickly threw his hand away and Ivey's and the all-in player's hands were exposed:
