Ivey Wins Some

He's still by far the shortest stack, but there's always hope left for Phil Ivey. Joe Cassidy just raised from the small blind and Ivey defended his big. The flop came down {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{7-Spades} and Cassidy check-called.

The turn was the {J-Diamonds} and Cassidy check-folded to Ivey's bet.

The next hand Cassidy raised the button and Ivey three-bet from the small blind. Nguyen folded and Cassidy made the call. The flop came down {Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Cassidy called Ivey's bet. The turn was the {3-Hearts} and Ivey check-called. The river was the {6-Diamonds} and Ivey check-called once more.

Cassidy showed {7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and locked up the high while Ivey got the other half with {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}.
