Zaichenko Eliminated

Andrey Zaichenko bet his last 200 on the {K-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} flop before 2007 World Series of Poker Player of the Year Tom Schneider raised. The third player in the hand called and the turn brought the {6-Diamonds}. Schneider bet and his opponent called. Before the dealer could even deal the river card, Zaichenko tossed his hand into the muck and walked out of the tournament area. After the {6-Spades} river, Schneider bet again and his opponent called.

Schneider showed the {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} for kings and sixes with the nut low. His opponent held the {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for a better high with aces and sixes and the two chopped up the pot.

Schneider most famously won two WSOP gold bracelets in 2007 that led to his winning of Player of the Year. He won the $2,500 Omaha/Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo 8-or-Better event for $214,347 and the $1,000 Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo 8-or-Better for $147,713. He also took fourth in the $2,500 H.O.R.S.E. for $54,769.
