Phil Ivey has just taken a seat to the direct left of Kathy Liebert on Table #5. He has around 23,000 chips and Liebert has upset him already. Nothing to do with the play though. Liebert has been super-chatty today and no sooner as Ivey sat down, Liebert was asking him how he was doing? Ivey didn't respond quick enough and Liebert, jokingly, gave him an admonishment.
"Kathy, I have just sat down," said a disgruntled Ivey.
The result of the tete-a-tete is a table covered in silence. Oh dear!
