Schwartz Sent Home

We walked by Noah Schwartz's table earlier, and noticed that he had cashed in both of his lammers, and was sitting on a short stack. The next time we got around to his table, we saw that he had committed most of his chips in a three way pot on a flop that read {q-Spades}{a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}. Schwartz had bet out 1,000, and his first opponent raised to 4,000. His other opponent went all in, and Schwartz unhappily committed the rest of his chips.

Schwartz: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Opponent 1: {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Opponent 2: {j-Spades}{a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Spades}

Schwartz actually had the best hand with top two pair, but would have to dodge a world of outs to hold. The {9-Spades} on the turn completed everyone's draw, and Schwartz would need an ace or a queen to fill up and take the pot. The river was the {9-Diamonds}, and Schwartz hit the rail before the first break.
