We recently updated that Matt Savage, WPT tournament director, had doubled up. Well, he lost half his stack, and double up one more time.
With the board reading 
and 1,500 in the pot, Savage check called a river bet of 450 from his opponent.
Savage: 
Opponent: 
His opponent scooped the pot and knocked Savage down to 925 chips.
On the very next hand, an UTG player raised to 1,000, and Savage called off his remaining chips.
