Nice Flop for Freddy, But Trouble on Turn

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 200 ante
Freddy Deeb, hanging in.
Freddy Deeb, hanging in.

Freddy Deeb opened with a standard raise from the hijack seat, then saw an opponent in the small blind reraise all in for 25,000 more. The big blind got out, and Deeb called.

Deeb showed {7-Clubs}{7-Spades} and his opponent {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. The flop came a dramatic {7-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} -- a set for Deeb and two pair for his opponent. And the turn added further to the drama -- the {A-Spades}! -- giving Deeb's opponent the better full house. The river was the {8-Spades}, and Deeb's opponent survived.

Meanwhile, Deeb slips to 75,000.
