Just now, a gentleman approached table #351 with chips and card for seat 4. The only problem is that is where Christina Lindley is sitting. Half way through level six she moved from the Pavillion Room and joined the table with the likes of Jason Mercier, Mikail Tutchinskiy and Tom McCormick.
The player was given a new seat card by a tournament director and walked off in the opposite direction. However, the table continued to discuss what had happened and realized that when Lindley went to the bathroom, the dealer gave a seat card to a floor person that must have been hers.
"That's how tight you've played, they just give away your seat card. It's like your not even here," Mercier said with a smile. That gave the whole table a laugh, including Lindley, and play resumed.
