Gregorich Doubles; Hachem Misses Opportunity

Mark Gregorich raised it up in the cutoff, and the player on the button made it 5,300 to go. Tony Hachem tank folded in the small blind, and action went back to Gregorich, who went all in for around 24,000. His opponent thought for about a minute before making the call.

Gregorich: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

"I folded eights. I hope there's not one on the flop," said Hachem. Well there wasn't but it still would have been a good flop for his hand, coming {9-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{7-Clubs}. Gregorich was way out front, and it stayed that way on the turn, the {6-Spades}, and the river, the {5-Spades}. Hachem groaned when he saw the river, saying "If he doesn't raise I call and I'm not getting away from my hand on the flop." Regardless, Gregorich scored the double up, getting himself some much needed chips.
