A Double Stack Already??

With the Main Event being such a grueling tournament, if you were told at the start of day one that you would end the day with double what you started, you'd probably take it. In fact, since we didn't even lose half the players who started Day 1a yesterday, you'd be well above average. How about if you could do it within the first 10 minutes of the day? Yeah, we'd take it too.

From atop the side of the featured table, we saw a player all in and getting up from his seat already, not more than three or four hands into the day. Bryan Colin had {k-}{k-} vs the {a-}{a-} of his opponent and the two got it all in preflop. Sure enough, Colin hit a {k-} on the flop and that was all she wrote for his opponent. Colin now has double with what he started with and he will have a big advantage over his table to begin his day one.
