Bach has Binger on the Ropes

David Bach
David Bach

David Bach raised to 150,000 from the button and Nick Binger called from the big blind. Binger proceeded to check-call bets of 300,000 on the {6-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop and 450,000 on the {9-Diamonds} turn.

When the {J-Clubs} appeared on the river, Binger checked, Bach bet 500,000, and Binger tank folded.

Binger Bounces Back

Nick Binger
Nick Binger

Nick Binger limped on the button while David Bach checked his option in the big blind, leading to a flop of {Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}. Bach checked, Binger bet 75,000, Bach check-raised to 225,000, Bach moved all in, and Binger called off.

Bach: {Q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Clubs}
Binger: {K-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}

Binger's supporters went nuts when the {10-Hearts} hit the turn to give him a flush and guarantee their man at least half the pot. Now imagine that excitement amplified times two as the {K-Spades} bricked on the river and allowed Binger to scoop the pot.

He is right back in the thick of things with 2.26 million.

Binger Back in the Lead

David Bach raised to 150,000 on the button only to have Nick Binger make it 450,000 to go from the big blind. Bach called and watched the flop fall {4-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. Binger wasted little time in betting 900,000 and Bach folded.

Once again, Binger's supporters erupted in celebration as Binger reclaimed the chip lead.

I'll Be Bach

Nick Binger limped on the button while David Bach checked his option in the big blind. When the {J-Spades}{4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} appeared on the flop, Bach checked, Binger bet 80,000, Bach check-raised to 250,000, and Binger called. The {6-Spades} turn saw Bach check-called a bet of 425,000 from his opponent, bringing about the {10-Clubs} on the river, which both players checked.

Bach rolled over {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} for jacks and sixes, which was good enough to win the pot.

Running Out the Clock?

Level 28 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Once again the action has ceased. The players are simply trading blinds back and forth with no serious action developing. At this point, there are on 32 minutes remaining in the level . . . meaning if things don't change right fast, we will likely be coming back for a Day 4.

Back and Forth

It went call-check prior to the {K-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop, leading to yet another check from Nick Binger. His opponent, David Bach, took the opportunity to bet 75,000, Binger called, and the dealer burned and turned the {8-Clubs}. Both players opted to check and watched as the {Q-Clubs} peeled off on the river.

Binger fired out a modest 225,000 and Bach released his hand.
