Cheong Doubles Player Up

No Limit Hold'em

From middle position, a player moved all in for his last 3,950. Joseph Cheong made the call from the small blind and tabled {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} which was racing against his opponent's {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}.

The flop came {4-Spades}{K-Spades}{Q-Spades} giving Cheong's opponent a set of fours. Cheong's hopes at winning the pot were dashed when the board paired queens, the {Q-Hearts} to be exact, filling up his opponent and awarding him the pot. The meaningless {J-Hearts} came on the river and the chips were pushed in Cheong's opponents direction. While Cheong may have lost this pot, his stack is still towering over the competition.
