Jeremy Menard Eliminated in 8th Place ($99,493)

It has been awhile since our last elimination, but we just had one occur. It began when Jeremy Menard raised to 90,000 from the cutoff only to have Chris Moorman move all in from the big blind. Menard called off his stack and it was what you might expect . . . a race!

Moorman: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Menard: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}

Menard was at risk and no doubt looking for an ace or king. The {J-Clubs}{6-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop was no help, and neither was the {7-Hearts}. Menard had just six outs headed to the river, which ended up being the {4-Diamonds}. Menard's big slick was no good and he was eliminated from the tournament in 8th place.
