Schock Pulling Away

PLO

Rodney Brown raised to 80,000 on the button and Mitch Schock made the call. When the flop came down {6-Spades}{9-Clubs}{K-Spades}, the crowd expected it to go check-check, as has been the M.O. for both players; however, this time Schock checked and Brown bet 105,000.

Schock made the call and then both players checked the {J-Spades} turn. Schock decided to take control of the pot by leading out for 350,000 on the {Q-Diamonds} river. Brown tanked for a long time, staring down his opponent, before making the call.

"Flush," Schock said with confidence as he rolled over {5-Spades}{2-Spades}{J-Hearts}{2-Clubs}. Brown just shook his head and mucked his cards.
