Blanovsky Pulls Back

Arkadiy Tsinis may have won the early part of this heads-up battle, but Michael Blanovsky isn't going anywhere, having been able to reclaim some of his chips as play in WSOP Event #38 continues.

Blanovsky picked up three sets of blinds and antes before Tsinis raised from the button to 125,000. Blanovsky called, then both players checked the flop of {10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{A-Spades} before Blanovsky check-folded to Tsinis' bet of 125,000 on the turn of the {3-Diamonds}.

Two hands later, Tsinis raised to 120,000 and Blanovsky called before the dealer spread the flop of {2-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}. Blanovsky checked and Tsinis led out for 125,000, only to fold after Blanovsky check-raised to 425,000.
