Arkadiy "AK" Tsinis has just gunned down Christopher Homan and Ryan Laplante simultaneously to take the chip lead with more than 2.3 million.

Homan raised to 90,000 from the UTG +1 position and the action folded around to Tsinis who shoved from the button. Leplante shoved from the big blind and Homan snap-called all-in before the cards were tabled:

Homan: {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}
Tsinis: {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Laplante: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}

The {Q-Clubs} appeared in the window, trailed by the {7-Clubs} and {10-Clubs} to give Tsinis top set, but it also gave Laplante the outs to Broadway and Homan the flush outs. However, the repeat {10-Diamonds} fell on the turn to give Tsinis queens full, leaving Homan the only player with a chance to win.

No dice - the river was the {8-Hearts} - and after the chips were cut down, Homan was confirmed as the shorter of the two stacks, thus finishing in ninth place whilst Laplante finished in eighth.
