MacPhee's Stack Smashed

Kevin MacPhee is now down to just 14,000 in chips after losing a big pot to David Rounick.

The action folded around to Rounick who raised to 2,600 from late position; MacPhee re-raised to 5,700 from the button and Rounick called before both players checked the flop of {6-Clubs}{A-Spades}{8-Hearts}. Rounick then led out for 7,500 on the turn of the {J-Spades} and MacPhee called before Rounick bet 10,000 on the river {A-Hearts}.

MacPhee called, but mucked after Rounick showed {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for trips. Rounick is now up to 180,000 after that hand.
