Who Is Metin Kose? Just Our Day 1 Chip Leader

After a player limped in from under-the-gun, chip leader Metin Kose raised to 575 and the hijack three-bet to 1,400. The limper folded quickly and Kose cut a few chips from his huge stack to make the call.

Flop: {10-Spades}{A-Clubs}{2-Spades}

Kose checked and watched the hijack fire a bet of 2,100 into the middle. Rather than make a raise with any strategic design, Kose simply pushed his mountain of more than 40,000 chips forward for an all-in move. The power play worked to perfection and the hijack mucked his hand.
