West Doubles Short Stack Early

We found Tim West min-raising under the gun making it 100 total, when a short stack at his table moved all in for 400 chips. West made the call and cards were tabled.

Tim West: {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}
Short Stack: {A-Spades}{9-Hearts}

Players were off to the races as it was basically a coin flip going to the flop. {J-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{10-Clubs} made for a very pleasing flop for the short stack player. The turn-river were also good to him as they came out {7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. The short stack player was able to double up with a pair of aces.

West barely lost anything and is still above average stack with over 8,000 in chips
