"The Moral of the Story Is..."

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

We found this hand developing on the turn with around a 15,000 pot already. The board read {6-Spades} {5-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds} and Sorel Mizzi checked to Chris Moorman. Moorman bet 7,300 and Mizzi called. The {A-Spades} fell on the river and both players checked.

Mizzi tabled {A-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} and Moorman mucked. Mizzi dragged the pot and Jean-Robert Bellande said, "The moral of the story is to play {Q-} {5-} in the big blind."

"Where was the {7-Diamonds}?" Moorman asked to no one in particular. Mizzi has chipped up significantly since the start of play reaching 155,000, nearly doubling the stack he brought into Day 2.
