In the heads-up contests pitting David Paredes against Yevgeniy Timoshenko, and Nikolay Evdakov against Eric Froehlich, all four players have decided to conserve their ammunition and start play with 400,000 chips. The format of this championship event allows each player to utilize two add-ons worth 400,000 each, and while some competitors prefer to begin play with their full stacks of 1.2 million chips, this grouping has taken the conservative route.
