Esfandiari Gives It Up
From the big blind, Antonio Esfandiari called an Allen Cunningham cutoff raise. The flop came down 
and Esfandiari led out 4,100 at the pot. Cunningham popped it to 10,500 and after a little bit of thought, Esfandiari threw his hand away.
