Theo Jorgensen opened to 200,000 from under the gun and John Racener, David Baker and Duy Le made the call.
Le checked from the big blind on the flop as Jorgensen slid out a bet of 1,000,000.
With the action on Racener he clicked it back to 2,000,000 to force folds from both Baker and Le before Jorgensen committed his last 2,220,000 with Racener making the call.
Racener:
Jorgensen:
Jorgensen was in the lead with his top pair, top kicker, but the Dane would need to fade any club or queen to remain alive in the Main Event.
Unfortunately for Jorgensen, the spiked on the turn to now give Jorgensen just two outs to remain alive.
The river fell the to see the overnight chip leader eliminated in 30th place as Racener soars upwards of the nine million chip mark.
Scott Clements has made it very clear that he's going to be a force from here on out. As long as he has chips. We just watched him open a pot to 245,000 from middle position. Pascal LeFrancois reraised to 655,000 from late position, and Joseph Cheong overcalled the three-bet from the big blind. Clements reraised it right back -- 1.745 million total.
Point taken. LeFrancois and Cheong both folded without too much trouble, and Clements has moved up to 11.3 million.
Mads Wissing raised to 225,000 in the cutoff position with Patrick Eskandar making the call in the big blind.
They saw a flop of and Eskandar checked it across to Wissing who tossed in 200,000. Eskandar made the call. Both players checked the and the completed the board on the river. Eskandar led out for 400,000 with Wissing paying to see.
Eskandar tabled for the king-high flush to collect the goods. He's up to 5.2 million with Wissing back to 4.5 million.
Michael Skender, who'd chipped back up over 2 million over the last half-hour of so after being down to little better than fumes, was sitting with about 1.8 million in front of him when he opened for a minimum-raise to 200,000 from middle position. Jason Senti then three-bet to 505,000, and when it folded back to Skender he pushed all in. Senti made the call.
Skender
Senti
The flop was good for Skender -- -- giving him the better pair. The turn was the . So far so good for Skender. Then came the river (boom) -- the , giving Senti a full house and sending Skender out in 31st place ($255,242).
Matthew Jarvis raised to 240,000 from under the gun with Patrick Eskandar calling on the button and Jonathan Duhamel coming along in the big blind.
They took a flop of and Duhamel checked to Jarvis who made a continuation bet of 425,000. Eskandar moved all in over the top for 1.965 million in total to force Duhamel to fold, but Jarvis made the call.
Eskandar:
Jarvis:
Jarvis had the bullets but Eskandar had flopped a set to take the lead. The turn and river missed to give Eskandar a huge double up to 4.85 million with Jarvis slipping back to 5.3 million.
From middle position, Eduardo Parra raised to 265,000 to open the pot. Scott Clements three-bet to 580,000 on the button, and Parra came right back over the top with another raise -- 1.96 million straight. Clements was having none of it; he shoved all in, and Parra put his last 860,000 chips into the pot to put himself at risk. He was not in good shape.
Showdown
Parra:
Clements:
It was an odd moment at the table as nobody really reacted to the showdown. Even the eye-opeing flop didn't coax much emotion from the players. They just sort of sat there watching the hand go by with relative disinterest. The river kept Clements safe, and the river was not the straight card Parra needed. Very quietly, he has been eliminated in 32nd place as the last Brazilian standing.
Three players quietly said, "Nice hand," to Clements after Parra's departure, and it's on to the next mouse-like hand over there.

On a board of , Cory Emery fired out 460,000 from the button, only to have Michael Mizrachi check-raise to 1,300,000.
Emery then moved all in for 2,415,000 and Mizrachi instantly made the call.
Emery:
Mizrachi:
With Emery at risk, he would need to see the board to pair so he could remain alive in the tournament, but when the river landed the , Emery hit the rail in 33rd place as Mizrachi soared to 7,500,000 in chips.
Edward Ochana opened with a raise to 240,000 from middle position, then Jason Senti three-bet behind him, making it 615,000. It folded back to Ochana who reraised all in for a little over 2.5 million, and Senti made the call.
Ochana showed and was going to need some assistance to overcome Jason Senti's . The flop made the situation even more dire for Ochana. The turn then came the , which made the on the end a bit of WSOP trivia.
Ochana joins the rapid procession to the cashier's cage, having been eliminated in 34th place ($255,242). Senti, meanwhile, plays on with 11.2 million chips.
