Seiver's Plan Backfires
Scott Seiver had been making the most of time in between hands at a cash game to go all in at his tournament table. It had been working well for him until he shoved for 2,625 in late position after two early-position players had limped.
The player in the big blind looked him up and the two previous limpers folded.

Seiver picked up a gut-shot straight-draw on the flop, but his opponent filled up when the came on the turn. Seiver was up and gone before the had time to land on the river.
