Crowe Flies Away, Esfandiari Advances

On a flop of {10-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} {8-Clubs}, Antonio Esfandiari led out with a bet of 17,000 into a pot of nearly 30,000. Owen Crowe thought it over before raising to 52,000, and Esfandiari raised it right back. Crowe quickly got the rest of his chips in with {A-Spades} {A-Diamonds}, but he would soon find out he'd been out-flopped. Esfandiari turned up {3-Spades} {3-Clubs}, two cards away from a win.

The turn {7-Spades} and river {8-Diamonds} did nothing to help Crowe's cause, and his elimination has pushed The Magician into the Round of 32.
