Nothing too exciting a the moment. In one hand, Dash Dudley defended his small blind to a raise from Gabe Costner, before checking down a board with jacks. Costner had nines.
A hand or two later, Nicholas Mitchell raised to 155,000 from the small blind and Deepak Bhatti called. Both players checked the flop, only for Mitchell to take it down with a bet of 175,000 on the turn.
Nick Mitchell opened for 130,000, and to his immediate left, perma-short-stacked Deepak Bhatti pushed all in for 640,000. Everyone else got out of their way, and it was back to Mitchell, who nodded and made the call.
Mitchell:
Bhatti: dominating with
Board:
There was no nastiness from anything on the board, and Bhatti duly doubled to around 1.4 million. Mitchell's rail became noticeably quieter as their boy dropped to around 1.3 million.

With father Irving swallowing the final table bubble last night, Richard Rice has become the second Rice (or should the singular be Rie?) to be eliminated from Event #3, picking up $51,735 for his troubles.
It was fan favourite Nicholas Mitchell who kick-started the action, opening for a raise of 110,000 with from early to mid position. Rice moved in a few seats down for a total of 575,000 with , and Mitchell, after a brief pause, made the call.
After a board, the Frat Pack erupted like Mount Vesuvius as their boy Mitchell picked up the pot. Rice, meanwhile, departed with a smile, and to a ncie ripple of applause.
Dash Dudley shoved in early position for his last 430,000, and although it took a very long time for everyone else to fold, fold they did, and Dudley bumped his stack to 550,000.
So next hand, under the gun this time, Dudley shoved again. This time Bart Davis made the call. Everyone else folded, and they flipped their cards.
Dudley:
Davis:
"Ace!" shouted Dudley and accidentally knocked his chair over. He ran over to Joe Cada, perched at the rail, and touched him for good luck.
"ACE!!!" Dudley continued to order the deck as the dealer prepared to put some community cards on the board, but it would be the queen that saved him.
Board:
Dudley thanked Cada for his good luck with a high five as he doubled to around 1.2 million. Davis dropped to around 1.35 million.
It's been a tough day for Dash Dudley who finds himself down to just 335,000. But he's still hanging in; he just pushed all in from the button to pick up the blinds and antes uncontested.
With Deepak Bhatti doubling through, Dudley remains the short stack at the table.
The action folded around to Deepak Bhatti who moved all in from early to mid position for 270,000 with . Cory Brown announced all in from the small blind with , allowing Dash Dudley to make an easy fold with in the big.
The flop brought more action than a Die Hard Boxset with Brown spiking top pair, but Bhatti flopping both a nut flush and Broadway straight draw. The was as raggy as an old dishcloth, but the brought the straight to double Bhatti up to around the 575,000 mark.
