Michael Mizrachi Eliminated in 8th Place ($49,732)

Michael Mizrachi, 8th place

Simon Morris raised from the button, Michael Mizrachi three-bet all-in for 65,000 and Morris called.

The Grinder was in great shape pre-flop, his {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs} up against Morris' {8-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. The flop, however, gave everyone pause as it came down {10-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{J-Clubs}, Morris hitting an open-ended straight draw. He filled it on the turn with the {7-Hearts} and to add insult to injury, the {K-Spades} fell on the river to make him a set.

With his finish here, Mizrachi adds another 35 Player of the Year points to his total and is now atop the leaderboard again, tied with James "Flushy" Dempsey for first place.
