Adeniya Gets There

Adeniya doubles.
Adeniya doubles.

In a three-way limped pot at Table 369, the flop fell {K-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}.

Steve Cowley led for 16,000 from the small blind and Martins Adeniya moved all in for 102,000 total from the big blind. David Benefield flatted on the button and Cowley released.

Showdown
Adeniya: {10-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Benefield: {J-Hearts}{10-Spades}

Adeniya needed a jack to chop or a heart to win the whole pot. The turn was red, but the {5-Diamonds} wouldn't suffice.

The {A-Hearts} on the river did the trick though, and Adeniya made his flush doubling to 230,000 chips. Benefield slipped to 250,000.

November Niner James Akenhead and recent bracelet winner Praz Bansi are on the rail and shared a light celebration with a few of their countrymen after the {A-Hearts} fell. We can only imagine what they'll be like if the Englishman makes the final table.
