Good Fold, One Round Penalty

Felipe Ramos raised to 400 from under the gun. The player to his left re-raised to 1,475 and the player to his left 4-bet to 3,075.
Action was folded back around to Ramos who looked conflicted. After looking at his cards a couple of more times he said, "if I get this wrong don't tell anyone!" And he open folded

"I think I'll go with you," said the second raiser and folded 
. The third raiser showed 
and took the pot.
Not content with Ramos' fold while there was still action, the third raiser called the floor. Ramos was given a one round penalty for exposing his hand, but he left happy knowing he made the right call.
