Trickett Check-Raises River

For something different, Jason DeWitt limped in from the button and Sam Trickett checked his option in the big blind.
The flop landed 
and Trickett again led at the pot with a bet of 200,000. DeWitt made the call.
Both players checked the 
and the 
landed on the river. Trickett checked to DeWitt who made a small bet of 150,000 but Trickett responded with a river check-raise to 750,000. DeWitt thought for a good five minutes, but eventually let it go.
