Wattel Picks Off Tran's Bluff

Whoa . . . how did you make that call Mikey!
Whoa . . . how did you make that call Mikey!

Alexander Kravchenko opened to 4,500 from under the gun and Mike Wattel three-bet to 15,000. JC Tran made the call from the button as Kravchenko folded with both Tran and Wattel drawing one card each.

Wattel checked and Tran fired out 14,000 with Wattel deliberation for several minutes before making the call.

Tran tabled his {7-}{7-}{5-}{4-}{2-} for a pair of sevens as Wattel tabled his {10-}{8-}{5-}{4-}{3-}.

With Wattel picking off Tran's bluff, he climbs to 190,000 as Tran slips to just 23,000 in chips.
