Esfandiari Triples Up, Le Out

Edward Brogdon raised to 550 in early position and Antonio Esfandiari shoved for 2,275 from his immediate left. Not to be outdone, Nam Le shoved for his entire stack of 4,500. If you thought the action was going to stop there, you were wrong. The player in Seat 9 had everyone covered and went all in as well. Brogdon made the fold and we saw three hands turn over.

Esfandiari: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Nam Le: {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}
Seat 9: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{5-Spades} and Esfandiari begged the dealer for an ace. It came when the turn brought the {a-Hearts}. The {9-Diamonds} on the river gave Esfandiari the best hand, while Le was knocked out.

Esfandiari now has about 8,000 chips
