Painter Eats the Meek

Jameson Painter raised from under the gun, and had James Meek raise from the button. Not to be outdone, Jimmie Julion raised from the big blind and got a call out of both players.
The flop came 
and Painter led out with a bet. Meek raised, putting himself all in, and Julion raised once more. Painter made the call and the two went to the turn.
The turn came 
and Julion called a bet from Painter, something he would also do when the river came 
.
When it was time to flip up the cards, Painter came out on top having hit trip nines on the river:

Meek was sent to the rail, and Julion was crippled. He would be eliminated in the next hand.
