Phil Ivey raised and was called by Yan Chen. Chen drew one card and Ivey drew two. Chen then bet 31,000 after the draw. Ivey took his time with his decison and then called.
Chen showed , but Phil held the egde by the slightest margin with to scoop the pot.
Phil Ivey raised to 15,000 from the small blind and John Monnette called. Ivey and Monnette both drew one card. Ivey then checked, as did Monnette. Monnette showed a king low and scooped the pot.
Phil Ivey opened with a raise to 15,000 from the button. John Monnette countered with a reraise from the small blind to 45,000. Yan Chen moved all in from the big blind and Phil Ivey mucked. Monnette also folded and Chen raked in the pot.
Phil Ivey raised to 15,000 from the button on the first hand back from the break. Eric Kesselman reraised all in from the small blind for 80,500 total. John Monnette called from the big blind and then action went back over to Ivey. He mucked and the two were heads up.
Kesselman and Monnette both stood pat. Monnette tabled number one, , and eliminated Kesselman in fourth place.
