Soulier Makes Jacks Work

Fabrice Soulier has been a quiet presence in the Brasilia Room today. Since starting the day with 145,800 chips he hasn't been able to do much at all.

He did just take down a small pot against one opponent. With 45,000 in the middle, Soulier made a suspiciously small bet of 9,000 on the river of a {8-Diamonds} {9-Spades} {7-Spades} {2-Spades} {10-Diamonds} board. Soulier's opponent decided to look him up and regretted that decision when Soulier showed {J-Clubs} {J-Spades} for a jack-high straight.

Soulier is sitting behind 83,000 chips. Despite the fact that we're now in Level 12, that's not all that short. Soulier still has 41 big blinds.
