Darryl Ronconi Eliminated in 19th Place ($14,967)

Just shortly after the tournament staff anoounced that each of the final three tables would play six more hands, Darryl Rinconi raised to 36,000 from the cutoff. Jason DeWitt flat-called on the button. The flop came down {A-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {5-Spades} and Ronconi fired 60,000. DeWitt made the call.

The turn brought the {8-Diamonds} and Ronconi checked. DeWitt took his time and then bet 50,000. Ronconi moved all in and was quickly called by DeWitt. Ronconi held {A-Diamonds} {K-Clubs}, but was behind DeWitt's {A-Clubs} {5-Clubs} for two pair.

The river landed the {2-Clubs}, no help to Ronconi, and he was eliminated in 19th place.

What's interesting about this elimination is that because Ronconi went out in 19th, the remaining 18 players would have to redraw to two tables. Because each table was playing a set amount of hands to finish out the night (six), the tables may have played an uneven amount of hands. For example, one table could be finished while Ronconi busted. Although that far stretch of an example didn't happen, it's still an interesting scenario nonetheless.
