Two Wheels Don't Equal Profit

Omaha-8

Ville Wahlbeck raised the cutoff, Erik Sagstrom made the call on the button, John Hanson made the call in the small blind and Huck Seed came along in the big blind.

The four players went to the flop of {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts}. The action checked around and the {3-Diamonds} hit the turn. Hanson checked to Seed who decided to take a stab with a bet of 120,000. Wahlbeck called, Sagstrom folded and Hanson made the call.

The river was the {2-Hearts} and Hanson led out with a bet. Seed made the call as did Walhbeck and the cards were tabled.

Hanson: {A-Spades}{4-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{2-Spades}
Seed: {4-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Wahlbeck: {A-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

Hanson and Wahlbeck both showed a wheel but it was only good to chop half for the low, as Seed made a profit with his six-high straight for the high.
